Local Same Day Delivery for Home or Business Users
IF you live or work within a 5 to 10 mile radius of our store we can deliver your order to you the same day.Orders can be paid cash on delivery or paid through our site with Debt or Credit card payment.

How to make an order for local delivery
To make an order for payment in cash for local delivery, please call us on 01254 394538 to check we have your order in stock. We can then arrange the delivery with you. To make an order using your credit or Debt card for local delivery, please check the item you are looking for is in stock on our website. Then just pay for the item with your card. We will then ring you to arrange delivery.

Same Day Delivery
If you order a item from us before 3pm and you live within a 5 mile radius of our store. We will deliver the item to you the same day.
If you order after 3pm and live within a 5 mile radius of our store we will then deliver your item the next day..

Returns

All our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please contact us for information on what to do.

Non-Defective Products - Factory Sealed
Firstly contact us for full instructions. The product must be returned to us unused and factory sealed within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Customers will have to be responsible for return shipping costs (we suggest recorded delivery). Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the management.

Defective Products
Firstly contact us for full instructions. We must be alerted to the problem within 24 hours of it occurring. Before you return the product we must be informed of the nature of the problem.

If you request a direct replacement and we dont have the item in stock then please allow 7 to 21 Days before you receive your goods.

Individual products found not to be defective will incur a small handling charge and will be returned to the customer at their own cost

All physically damaged items will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.
